If a person has to bath mandatorily (that is to perform ghushl) and has kept Niyyath for FASTING the following day but has raised only after FAJR ADAAN in the state of JUNUB, if he cleanses before prayer will his FASTING be still valid?

In the name of Allah, and all praise be to Allah, and may prayers and peace be upon the Messenger (S) of Allah, his family, his companions, and those who followed him.
During Ramadan, the fast is valid if the person had held the intention (نية) to fast before Fajr prayer, even if he/she did not perform ghusl (ritual bath) before Fajr because the cleanliness from the state of Janabat is not obligatory to start the fast. But it is required to perform the Fajr prayer at its prescribed fixed time. (Bukhaari, Muslim, Abu Dawood, Tuhfatul Muhtaj)
